Every girl has those "tummy problems", including me. I try to be healthy but I still hate the image of my body sometimes. I'm a "big girl" and I've always had weight troubles and bad eating habits. I started high school last year and I was on the soccer team. After the season was over my coach told me I was a great soccer player but I needed to get in better shape. Now most girls would I have cried at this statement and thought the world was over, but I took it as a challenge to prove to everyone I could get in shape. So I started working out more and even got a personal trainer! Getting in shape has not only helped my body image but my confidence too! Now I'm not saying go get a trainer but try and find over ways of getting in shape. On twitter and instgram I'm always looking for good tips for working out, like this photo here:
You can even do these workouts on your bed, while watching YouTube! So start looking for little thing like this to get in shape, or stay in shape.
