Change up Your Pizza

Pizza is one of my favorite things to eat! I love that there are hundreds of different types of it, but did you know you can make your pizza a little bit better for you. Now I love a good slice of cheese pizza, but first step to making it healthy, skip out on the Papa Johns. You need to research your brands and see what the best choice is. A simple way to get better brands of pizza is go to a "healthier" store, like Earth Fare or Whole Foods. Now I understand there may not be a Whole Foods near you but don't let that stop you. If there is one near you, you should get there hand made pizza, they have many different kinds and the pizzas come in large or small sizes. If their isn't then go to a Harris Teeter ( there should be one in your area) and get their to go box. The pizza is fresh and all you have to do is pop it in your oven. Don't like any of these ideas, then make your own pizza! In my opinion this is the best choice. You can look up what you want on your pizza then try it out. Now this choice may take a little longer but you'll be glad you did it. Don't have an ideas for how to make your pizza well don't worry just check out this awesome idea:

What Should I Eat?

Okay so I try to eat healthy and stay in shape like any other girl, but I do love a good treat! So how do I beat the want to eat candy? Well I have been looking for inspiration and I found it! On instagram  I have found a great account that has pictures of mouthwatering food. There are cakes, drinks, and sandwiches, but here's the catch.......it's all healthy food! You wouldn't believe it when you look at the food! I just couldn't wait to start making her food, I mean look at this wonder sandwich!!

Looks good huh? If you want to lose weight but not good foods then you should visit her blog too. Hopefully this will help you want to get healthy and get started on the perfect you!
