Every had a long week? I have, and they drain everything out of you. How do you get ready for the next week? By making sure you rest on the weekend and relax. Catch up on your shows, take a break, do some homework. There are simple things you can do to make yourself feel better. A little trip to the mall or listen to some music can make all the difference.
